Tackle your 2025 goals with the support of like-minded people.  We will be hosting an independent and in-person exercise plan to help you grow this year.  

We will follow the Couch to 5K exercise plans beginning the week of January 27th with 3 workouts each week.  The plan guides us along 9 weeks while we work our way up to the Zoom and Bloom 5K March 29th.  You can modify the exercise plans to work for you so whether your goal is to be more active outdoors in 2025, to walk a 5K or be able to run a 5K, Growing Together is here to help. We will host some in-person workouts you can attend if you'd like, or you can complete the whole program at home by yourself.  Whatever works for you. 

We will use an app called "Band" for communication between participants so you do not need to share your contact information with others in order to participate. There will be weekly challenges and chat functions so we can all hold each other accountable and build each other up through encouragement and support.
