Join expert biologist Susan Campbell for this event as she captures, bands and releases hummingbirds for research.
Susan will be sharing about how to attract these tiny ornithological jewels and how to keep them coming back. A few may even get to hold and help release a hummingbird!
This event is open to all ages (attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult) and will be outdoors.
Children ages 12 and under may attend the workshop for free (Garden admission still required).
This is a paid ticketed event in addition to General Admission fees being required.
Garden Members receive free admission to the garden with membership, but are required to purchase a ticket to attend the workshop.
Non-members will be required to pay General Admission at the front desk, and may pre-purchase their workshop tickets ahead of time here.
